Service Description

This will include a history of current symptoms, current medical conditions, medication history, allergies, social history, examination, previous treatments, treatment plans and prescription (not including and drug cost). Subsequent prescriptions will be charged for outside of Inflammatory Bowel Disease consultations. When booking this service you agree to the terms and conditions, privacy policy and client agreement which can be found at the bottom of the main website page. You will be contacted on the number you provide to confirm the appointment. This consultation covers diseases of Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis and Microscopic Colitis. Please note this is a service for patients not requiring parental nutrition. Please note some investigations may incur additional charges.
