This will include a history of current symptoms, current medical conditions, medication history, allergies, social history, previous treatments, examinations, treatment plans and your first prescription (not including and drug cost). Subsequent prescriptions will be charged for. Whether you have food intolerances, or symptoms your just not sure about, this is the consultation for you! When booking this service you agree to the terms and conditions, privacy policy and client agreement which can be found at the bottom of the main website page. You will be contacted on the number you provide to confirm the appointment. Please indicate if you would like a chaperone in booking comments. Please note some investigations may incur additional charges.
