Please message us through the website, app or WhatsApp to briefly discuss your complaint prior to booking to ensure we can meet your requirements. Please check your individual policies with your insurer before booking to ensure they will cover your care. This will include a history and review of current symptoms, medical conditions, medication history, allergies, investigations provided by Isle Love Your Gut (not including SIBO tests) social history and previous treatments. It also includes examinations, looking at differential diagnoses, specialist treatments and prescriptions (not including and drug cost). Whether you have food intolerances, or symptoms your just not sure about, this is the consultation for you! This is for patients with private health insurance, please check with your provider before booking. We are recognised with Aviva, vitality and WPA but others will provide cover depending on your policy with them. Should your insurance policy be invalid or not cover the full consultation fees you will be liable for paying the remainder. Please see privacy policy and terms and conditions. You will be contacted on the number you provide to confirm the appointment. Please indicate if you would like a chaperone in booking comments.
