Please message us through the website, app or WhatsApp to briefly discuss your complaint prior to booking to ensure we can meet your requirements. The consultation will include a history of current symptoms, current medical conditions, medication history, allergies, social history, previous treatments, examinations, treatment plans and your first prescription. Subsequent prescriptions will be charged for if your GP is not happy to continue.
